Files and workspace data

Selected documents, images, filenames and editing results are processed in browser memory. We do not provide a feature that uploads this workspace data to our server or saves it in a database. Clearing the workspace or closing the page removes the current work. Downloads stay on your device and are managed by you. FILE FLOW downloads renamed copies and does not directly rename or delete originals.

Hosting requests and browser storage

Opening the site sends normal connection information, such as IP address, request time and browser information, to hosting providers. PDF, image and file tools load their processing libraries from this site. The Korean receipt tool may also request OCR and spreadsheet libraries or language resources from jsDelivr, SheetJS and Tesseract resource hosts. These requests do not contain your selected photos. Browsers may cache site files and language resources; you can remove them using browser site-data settings.

Visits and advertisements

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views and loading performance. It uses no analytics cookies. We have not implemented transmission of selected file contents, filenames or editing inputs to this analytics service. Visit totals are not an exact count of unique people or completed tasks. Advertising code is currently inactive. If Google AdSense advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated with the provider's data uses, choices and any necessary consent process before activation. Downloaded documents do not contain advertisements.

Email inquiries

If you email us, your email address, any supplied name, message and attachments are delivered to the operator through Gmail. We use them to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send unnecessary personal information. You can use the same address to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information.

Your choices and third-party services

You can clear the workspace, delete downloaded files and clear cached site data. External websites apply their own policies after you follow their links. See the Google privacy policy for its services. We will update this page and its effective date if processing practices change.
