Purpose and access

Organize Lab offers free tools for editing and exporting documents, images and file lists. No account or payment is required for the current tools. Use only files you are authorized to process.

Check results and keep originals

Conversion, rendering and automatic recognition can produce errors or omissions. Review output before sharing it or using it for work. PDF signatures, forms and bookmarks may not survive editing. Receipt output does not replace original evidence or provide accounting or tax advice.

Manage your data

The workspace is not automatically stored. Download results before refreshing or closing the page. You are responsible for handling source files and downloads, particularly on shared devices. FILE FLOW provides renamed copies and leaves originals unchanged.

Limits and availability

File size, page and batch limits appear in each tool and its guide. Features and supported formats may change for operational or security reasons; major changes will be noted on the site. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or use it to distribute malicious files.

Errors and responsibility

We work to improve reported errors but do not guarantee perfect results or suitability for every purpose. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
